Rehabbing Rental Property Part I

Many people like to find great bargains when it comes to real estate.  One way is to purchase distressed properties for a bargain basement price and then improving it for sale or rental purposes.  This type of strategy is called rehabbing rental property.

The property can consist of a single or multiple family residences.  These residences are designed for either the owner to live there or for outside rental purposes.  Either way the owner wants to improve the property by performing different tasks.
